Shipping & Returns

  • We offer free shipping in Belgium for purchases from 100EUR. You can find all other shipping rates below.

  • Yes, you can enjoy free shipping on orders from 100EUR in Belgium only.

  • Read all about our return policy here. For safety reasons, we can only accept returns if the packaging is unopened. Return costs are the customer's responsibility.

  • Use your sprays within 1-2 months after opening. If unopened, the sprays will expire 2 years from the production date.

    A one-time purchase is perfect for getting to know our products or gifting. Our starter kit includes a 1-month supply (4-5 weeks) and covers for longterm use to protect your current and future refills.

    A subscription offers many additional benefits and we support you by making hassle free by automatically providing you your refill set every 3 months.

  • Managing your subscription is easy. Log in to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions" in the customer portal.

    In the dashboard, you can manage all the details yourself: adjust the frequency of intervals, change the delivery address, and pause or cancel your subscription.

  • Sometimes your refills simply last longer than expected. You can always adjust the intervals yourself or skip a delivery.

    Go to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions." You can manage all the settings yourself in the dashboard.

  • You can easily change your delivery address for future subscription orders. Go to your account and click "Manage Subscriptions."
