Shipping- & Return Policy
Shipping
We aim to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Orders are generally handed over to our carrier within 48 hours (on business days).
Delivery times are indicative and may vary due to peak periods, holidays, or circumstances at the carrier.
In any case, your order will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days after placing the order, unless a different delivery time is stated during checkout.
Delivery area
We currently ship within the Benelux.
If shipping to other countries is available, this will be clearly indicated during checkout.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and added to the total order amount.
- Belgium: €7.50
- The Netherlands: €12.50
- Free shipping in Belgium on orders over €100
Delivery
Orders are delivered via our logistics partner (such as Bpost).
We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the products.

and include your name and order number.
Exception
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed food supplements whose seal has been broken after delivery cannot be returned.
Products with an intact seal can be returned within the withdrawal period.
Condition of the product
You may handle and inspect the product as you would in a physical store.
If the product is damaged or shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, a reduction in value may be applied.
Return costs
The direct cost of returning the product is at your expense, except when:
- the product is defective
- the product was delivered damaged
- you received the wrong product
In these cases, we will cover the return costs.
Return address
Returns must first be registered by email at support@fennacare.com.
After registration, you will receive the return instructions and the correct return address.
Returns sent without prior notification may be refused.
Refunds
After withdrawal, we will refund you within 14 days after being informed of your decision.
We may withhold the refund until:
- we have received the returned goods, or
- you have provided proof of return shipment
The refund will be made using the same payment method as the original transaction.
In case of full withdrawal, we will also refund the shipping costs of the cheapest standard delivery option.
Uncollected shipments
If a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection or incorrect address details, we may deduct the actual return and administrative costs from the refund.
Incorrect delivery address
If you accidentally provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@fennacare.com.
Orders are often processed immediately, so it may not always be possible to change the address. If a change is still possible, we will of course adjust it for you.
